A few of my favourite things.

I love recommending products that have worked for us. I am one of those people that spend ages researching things, finding the best price and then bragging to everyone about how good it is! I used to blog here: http://shopaholicmums.blogspot.com.au/ as I was referring people to links and pages so much I used to lose track of them. I still send people to the blog and get lots of questions about maternity clothes and parcel forwarding. So I wanted to share what works for us now. Instead of saying bits and pieces through Facebook or answering emails I will make a few posts up. I find that you have to change products and techniques as things change in life and what works for me doesn't always work for you!

Since Miss L started bottles we have had to change a few things. With Miss A we used breastflow bottles and now Miss L quite literally won't take another bottle. The problem being they are only sold in one place in Australia: http://shop.saveoursleep.com.au/product/2373/71855/
We have bought them from Amazon and eBay for cheaper but at least I know I can still find them here. They have an amazing 2 stage valve system which closely mimics how milk comes out of the breast. The team at PMH (hospital) were very impressed when they saw them.

Since starting bottles we have bought 2 storage systems to keep it all in place. With 2 nipples, bottle, cap and lid there are lots of little parts flying around. I loved the Skip Hop Splash and Boon Lawn but ended up buying from Amazon as it was so much cheaper even with postage. http://www.amazon.com/
