Another school meeting

I can't beleive we are in term 2 already. We have 2 new teachers in kindy and it feels like we are back at the beginning. I did parent help on Monday and saw how Miss A coped and how the staff interacted with her...or didn't.  Most disappointing was her aide. Paid to be in the class assisting her and she barely saw her. Her attitude is that she is coping and fine so she fills in with helping the teacher and other kids. She gave more assistance to one boy who was misbehaving than my child.
So disappointed.
I spoke to the teacher and aide yesterday and explained what Miss A needed and what was in her plan that wasn't being followed. Her aide still said oh we don't  see that and oh she's coping so well... Yes so well that on Monday another teacher had to step in and help me calm her down.  Then she walked us to the car.  The teacher seems to be in board so I hope she helps turn things around.  Or one day I may slip and tell the aide exactly what I think. :)
