Miss L over the last few months has blossomed. She is developing a personality and is one cheeky girl. Now instead of everyone saying she is looking well they say.. "Wow she is full on!"
She has that cheeky grin when she misbehaves, she looks over her shoulder to make sure you're watching. At the moment she is turning everything on and off. While vacuuming she turned the switch off at the wall...well she loved that so she now does it all the time. She waits until the kids turn on the TV then she switches it off at the wall! If they get upset she laughs and runs off. Waits a minute until they settle then does it again. I'm trying not to laugh while the kids are saying no to her.
Seeing this change over the last few months has been such a positive. Miss A was always a cheeky girl and the more she could physically do the more she pushed the boundaries. Miss L though has taken it to another level. Andrew seems surprised at least once a week by her cheekiness and a new skill. Apart from her running away from me most of it isn't too bad. It can be frustrating but it also makes me happy to see her experimenting.
In the meantime the fridge is locked, I have to shut the laundry door or she turns off the washing machine and I've put furniture in front of certain power points so she can't switch them off.
I can only imagine what she will be up to next. In the meantime I never, ever leave her alone and I don't take a breath and relax unless Andrew is home. The things she does.....
